Welcome to A Healthier You! My name is Terri Bliesner; I am a Washington native; born in Spokane; grew up in Bellevue, now Wenatchee is my home. I have two great adult children and a wonderful man in my life. I have my Bachelor of Science in Nursing; been practicing for about twenty years. I have seen so many people with health issues like diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, obesity or life altering event that have a real need for a health coach to work with them and their physician, dietician, chiropractor and other providers to provide motivational encouragement to achieve personal health goals.
